As a lapsed "IT Geek", I have some computer skills remaining, but they are getting a bit dusty and I definitely benefited from help on this new social medial phenomenon. I am still sorting out the @, # and RT and follower vs following - but I think Twitter will be really valuable for my business - I'm really excited about the possibilities! I learned alot about how to tweet on Twitter and its "sister" sites. "Tweet deck","twitbacks" and to "tweet later"! I am working on my usage of @ # and RT correctly!
